Jeff's Chocolate foot series 7- hour race,
He managed to ride 125km, with 2300M of climbing, to finish 2nd in Masters Men, and equivalent to 8th in elite men.
It was a great day of racing, with plenty of tough competition out on the track.
Preparation is coming along nicely for the world championships, and with some tapering in the training in the final build up, things should be looking really good.
